Our 3-Month Transformation Program is a carefully designed yoga journey that allows you to witness a dramatic improvement in your health, mobility, fitness, and mental well-being. By combining physical yoga, mindfulness practices, and structured guidance, we ensure that you experience holistic transformation within just three months.
Program Features:
Twice a Week Classes
Each week, you will attend two dedicated classes:
Training Session (1st Class): Focuses on improving strength, flexibility, posture, and alignment through guided asanas (yoga poses).
Practice Session (2nd Class): Offers hands-on support with props, helps with fine-tuning poses, and allows you to deepen your practice with instructor feedback.
Hybrid Learning Format
To cater to your busy schedule, we offer a hybrid format where you will attend one in-person class and one online class each week. This allows you to maintain flexibility while still benefitting from direct, personalized guidance.
